Chemismus povrchové vody a sedimentů slepého ramene řeky Odry (mezi 47-48 ř. km)

Abstract

This dissertation is focused on evaluating of quality of surface water and sediments taken from Slanske lake. Slanske lake consists of relatively long parallel arm of the Odra river and also from artificially built Mlynska Flume, stretching along the area of CHKO (protected area) Poodri. Fist part of my work is devoted to research of natural conditions of especially protected area Poodri. The next added chapter is discussing chemism composition of surface water and sediments along with the information about used methods, legislation and standards regarding this subject, but also particular characteristics of locality in which the sampling was carried out. The appraisal of the results is last section of this chapter. The last issue, on which I'm focusing in my work, is shore vegetation alongside watercourse. This chapter is focusing on ability of self-cleaning, and also on extent to which shore vegetation is having influence on these processes. Method of evaluation of current conditions of the shore vegetation around the Slamske lake is also discussed here.
