Abstract

The content of this thesis is to approach the issue of housing for seniors according to current trends transformation of social services and design building housing for seniors in Ostrava - Poruba to the current relaxation zones. The theoretical part is focused on seniors housing forms, types of social services, the definition of the transformation of social services and its criteria. The practical part is treated as a variant design of the housing for the elderly with respect for the principles of barrier-free use of external and internal premises of persons with reduced mobility, and current trends in the transformation of social services. This thesis is elaborated within the requirements of Decree No. 503/2006 Coll. the content and scope of the application dossier for a decision on the location of the building
