Abstract

The objective of the bachelor thesis was concept of Multifunctional building – commercial offices in the post-industrial area of Jan Sverma Mine, close to town named Zacler, which is going through overall revitalization. The aim was not to disturb current industrial structure by a new object, however supplement it. The formed object closes newly built square and creates new architectonic place. The emphasis was placed on the selection of quality materials and the building construction. The office space has quality rear, is variable at the maximum and can form for example cell-office system or open space office.
