Motivace řídících pracovníků

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with following subject of the Top management motivation. Management of human resources (HRM) in the company is mainly processed by managers. What is management by itself and the importance of top managers in the company, that is what I describe in the first part of the thesis. In the second part, is where I deal with the motivation, motivation theories and incentives used by companies in order to make sure employees are reaching the goals that were set. In the final part I have done analysis and evaluation of the research. The main task was to find out which motivation factors are prefered by managers and how do they assess the performance by employer.
