Analýza gastronomického trhu se zaměřením na dětskou stravu

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is analysis of the current situation on school canteens market and school programs promoting healthier eating market. For marketing research were used personal and written questioning. Furthermore, PEST analysis, SWOT and Porter's five forces model were used in the thesis. The analysis showed the main problems of programs to promote healthier eating: high administrative burden of the School Milk Program, low quality products in the program, the School Fruit Scheme and not very attractive level of prices from the perspective of the parents in the program Happysnack. Main problem of school canteens is fixed quality of the food, which is often not according to standards.
