Abstract

My thesis deals with solution suggestion and implementation of patient life function measurement with subsequent data transfer using mobile network to the remote webserver. Both the patient part of measuring chain which measures, processes and sends patient data, and remote monitoring part, which is solved by separate reception with measured data input into database and subsequent displaying of measured data on website, have been designed and implemented. Module of one-channel ECG "bmeng EKG" and reflective photoplethysmograph "bmeng PPG" have been chosen to measure patient data. Both modules have analog output 0 - 5 V. Communication with web server and data sending is performed by GSM/GPRS module Quectel M10 by Quectel Wireless Solutions Co. Ltd. Web application has been programmed by standard (X)HTML, PHP, JavaScript a SQL languages. Patient part as the whole is controlled by ATmega644P microcontroller from AVR family by Atmel Corporation.
