Reforma policie České republiky jako součást reformy státní správy

Abstract

This thesis treats of an essence the police reform in the Czech Republic. The first part containes the legal definition of the police of the Czech Republic, the relationship to the public administration, its development and the prezent structure. In the next part the changes in the territorial and organizational structure and the essence of the economic reform. In the end of the thesis there are mentioned five axamples of the organizational structures of the security parts of the chosen areas of the European Union and evaluation of the possible impacts of the changes to the direct service. There is the whole overview of the old and new organizational schemes each level of the police of the Czech Republic.
