Vyhodnocení investičního záměru přechodu primární distribuce společnosti na ekologičtější palivo

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat vyhodnocením investičního záměru přechodu primární distribuce vybrané společnosti na ekologičtější palivo CNG. Teoretická část se bude věnovat definování investic, členěním investic a investičních projektů. Práce představí různé formy financování investic z vlastních a cizích zdrojů. Podrobněji se bude věnovat fázím investičních projektů. Zároveň budou představeny metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic, jejich popis a postup výpočtů. V praktické části budou tyto metody aplikovány na konkrétní investiční projekt. Cílem práce bude vyhodnotit investiční záměr vybrané společnosti a posoudit, jaká forma financování bude nejvýhodnější.

The bachelor’s thesis will deal with the evaluation of the investment intention of the transition from the primary distribution of the selected company to more environmentally friendly CNG fuel. The theoretical part will define the investments, will divide the investments and investment projects. The thesis will introduce various forms of financing investments from own resources and liabilities. It will focus on phases of investment projects in more detail. At the same time, there will be introduced methods of evaluation of investment efficiency, their description and the calculation process. In the practical part, those methods will be applied to a specific investment project. The aim of the thesis will be the evaluation of the investment intention of the selected company and the assessment of the most advantageous form of financing.
