Strategie budování průmyslových lokalit

Abstract

Bachalar´s study is focused on the strategy of building industrial zone in Olomouc. The goal is to evaluate and suggest on the base of analysis a strategy of building industrial localities. In the first theoretical part is described the characteristic of the strategy of proceeding and the method for strategic analysis. This is followed by practical part, in which is on the chosen strategic locality applicated the analysis of macroenvironment, microenvinronment and internal analysis. In the last and final part is applicated total strategy evaluation of building an industrial locality on the base of the results of the chosen analysis.
