Analýza pracovní spokojenosti ve společnosti Walmark, a.s.

Abstract

This master thesis deals with Job Satisfaction Analysis in the Walmark, a.s. Company. The attention is paid to theoretical knowledge related to job satisfaction. It also includes introduction of the Walmark,a.s. Company. Practical part of thesis is focused on methodology and survey of job satisfaction. I have chosen questionnaire as method of survey, evaluated results and suggested some changes that would improve job satisfaction.
