Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new locality for individual housing construction in the intravilan of the market town Svitávka, in Havlíčkova street. The aim of the thesis is comprehensive preparation of the area, including the design of land subdivision for the construction of detached family houses and the solution of transport and technical infrastructure. The thesis proposes a new local road of class III with traffic calming elements and complete networking of the locality (water supply, sanitary and storm sewer system, public lighting). Part of the solution is a sustainable concept of stormwater management using an infiltration facility with a safety overflow. The thesis also includes hydrotechnical assessment of the designed networks and an indicative economic evaluation of the investment intention.
