Abstract
The topic of the diploma thesis is the development of project documentation for a multifunctional residential building with five above-ground floors and a flat roof. The documentation is prepared at the construction implementation stage and is divided into a technical part, a drawing part, and appendices. The diploma thesis also includes a thermal-technical assessment of the building envelope and a structural calculation of a selected structural element.
