Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to work out a technological process in the implementation of the flat roof of the apartment building and to compile a project documentation requested for the builiding permission. The apartment builiding is a detached builiding. The builiding is located in the cadastral area of Poruba on plot no. 2097. It is a non-basement builiding, which has three above-ground floors. The builiding is of a brick construction and it is covered with a single-layer flat roof. There are cellars, a cleaning room, a room for bicycles, a utility room and two residential units on the first above-ground floor. There are separated residential units on the other above-ground floors. The second part of bachelor thesis contains technological process of flat roof of the apartment building, intemized budget of the flat roof, time schedule and heat-technical assessment of the flat roof.
