Současné problémy managementu florbalového klubu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the current management problems of floorball club FbC Asper Šumperk. The teoretical part is devoted to the characteristics and development of floorball in the world and in our country. It also defines the key concepts and research methods by which the invetigation research was carried out in the practical section. In the introduction of practical part is the history of the club and its organizational structure. Further analysis is focused on the management of floorball club FbC Asper Šumperk. This analysis is concerned with concurrent problems of the senior club teams, outliningthe process of obtaining financial resources and SWOT analysis of the club.
