Abstract

The main topic and goal of this bachelor's thesis is to suggest an optimizing technique for the wages of a particular enterprise. The theoretical aspect draws upon available technical literature and the conceptual basis for analysis of wage costs comes from the subject in question. The practical part of the thesis describes management and the real earnings system in the particular enterprise. On the basis of ascertained data, the recommendation for potential costs optimization is drawn to current remuneration of employees.
