Optimalizace průběhu zakázky v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This diploma thesis dealing with optimization of order proces in the industrial company Granitol a.s.; which produces blown films; bags; carrier bags and PP strapping bands. The current ordering process is described chronologically by each department. Specific order dates are processed by the critical path method on the basis of which critical activities were determined. The calculation of time reserves has led to the determination of time-consuming not only for individual activities; but also for the total ordering process from bid processing to billing. The overall analysis is complemented by graphical expressions in the form of network charts that include time analysis and critical path identification. Based on the findings, it is possible to optimize critical activities in terms of time and cost requirements.
