Hodnocení rizikových faktorů na pracovišti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením rizikových faktorů na pracovišti za využití softwarového nástroje Tecnomatix Process Simulate Human. První kapitola teoretické části obsahuje rešerši odborných článků. Dále jsou rozebrány právní předpisy, rizikové faktory vyskytující se na pracovišti a metody pro hodnocení ergonomické zátěže. Závěr teoretické části je věnován popisu programu Tecnomatix Process Simulate Human. Praktická část je zaměřena na tvorbu simulace a validaci interakcí digitálního člověka (manikina) s výrobním prostředím a na aplikaci metod Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) a následné porovnání virtuálního měření s interními daty a na základě výsledků jsou navržena potřebná opatření pro minimalizaci rizik.

This diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of workplace risk factors using the software tool Tecnomatix Process Simulate Human. The first chapter of the theoretical part contains a review of relevant academic literature. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes legal regulations, workplace risk factors, and methods for evaluating ergonomic workload. The theoretical section concludes with a description of the Tecnomatix Process Simulate Human software itself. The practical part is focused on creating a simulation and validating the interactions of a digital human model (manikin) with the production environment. It further involves the application of the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods, followed by a comparison of virtual measurement results with internal company data. Based on these findings, necessary measures are proposed to minimize identified risks.
