Rodinný dům se sídlem firmy

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je řešení rodinného domu se sídlem firmy. Vycházím ze skutečnosti, kdy se v současné době zvyšuje poptávka soukromých podnikatelů a živnostníků po řešení bytové situace ve spojitosti s podnikáním. S ohledem na výši nájmů za pronajímané provozní prostory, které mohou být v určitých situacích pro firmu likvidační, se nabízí možnost vyřešit s bytovou situací i způsob, jak provozovat živnost ve vlastních prostorách.

Tato práce popisuje stavební a architektonické řešení stavby, jehož součástí je i zaměření na TZB. Budova je řešena jako dřevostavba. V další části je zpracována stavebně tepelná technika budovy, jejímž výsledkem je průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy. V návaznosti je vytvořen návrh vytápění objektu včetně ohřevu TV.

The topic of my Diploma Thesis has been devoted to the design of a firm headquarters within a family house. In my thesis I consider mainly the fact of the currently increasing demand of private entrepreneurs and sole traders for the solution of housing connected with enterprise. With regard to the general rent fee heights for leasehold enterprise premises, which can in particular causes result even in a firm’s liquidation, I come up with either a possibility of how to solve the housing situation , or the way how to carry on a trade within one’s own premises.

In the Thesis both building and technical construction desings are described, focusing also on „TBE“ (Technical Building Equipment). The building has been designed as a wooden construction. In the following part the construction-heating engineerings are elaborated, which results into The Certificate of Energetic Constingness of the Building. Consequently, heating system proposal has been designed, including also the hot water heating system.
