Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

ANOTACE Cílem bakalářské práce „Hodnocení efektivnosti investice ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku“, je analýza investičního projektu, nákup nového stroje, ve firmě ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., závodu 13-Ocelárna. V první části je charakterizována společnost. Druhá část obsahuje teorii dané oblasti, vysvětluje základní pojmy a metody hodnocení investičních projektů. Třetí část popisuje vybraný investiční projekt, včetně objasnění stavu technologie před investicí. Ve čtvrté části jsou aplikovány metody hodnocení investice. V závěru práce je na základě výstupních dat provedeno hodnocení efektivnosti investice.

ANNOTATION The subject of the thesis „Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project“ is, the purchase of machine, at ArcelorMittal Ostrava steel plant. In the first part of the thesis is characteristics of the company. The second part contains the theory of the investment area, explains the basic concepts and methods of evaluation of the investment project. The third part focuses on the description of the selected investment project, including pre-investment status. In the fourth part are applied methods evaluation of investment. At the end of the thesis, based on the output data, the investment efficiency was evaluated after one year.
