Abstract
The goal of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation for the apartment building in Ostrava. This project documentation is prepared according to the attached study and consist of drawing part and technical part. The subject of this work is a new apartment building located in Ostrava and will be used for permanent living. The work also comprises of a thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, acoustic assessment and static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.
