Rozvoj systému managementu kvality dodavatele automobilového průmyslu podle IATF 16949.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu, který byl řešen v podniku zaměřeném na automobilový průmysl. Zvolené téma práce je “Rozvoj systému managementu kvality dodavatele automobilového průmyslu podle IATF 16 949“. Tato práce je soustředěna na identifikaci jednotlivých prvků standardu IATF 16 949:2016 pomocí GAP analýzy a na implementaci do výrobní organizace. Cílem této práce je stanovení harmonogramu zavádění jednotlivých prvků normy a stanovení akčního plánu s opatřeními k jejich úspěšné implementaci. Tento stanovený plán by měl vést k úspěšnému zavedení jednotlivých prvků standardu IATF 16 949:2016 a k úspěšnému absolvování certifikačního auditu.

This bachelor thesis deals with a topic that was solved in a company focused on the automotive industry. Selected topic "Development of quality management system of automotive supplier according to IATF 16 949". This thesis is focused on identification of individual elements of IATF 16 949: 2016 using GAP analysis and on implementation into production organization. The aim of this thesis is to set a timetable for implementation of the individual elements of the standard and to set up an action plan with measures for their successful implementation. This plan should lead to successful implementation of the individual elements Standard IATF 16 949: 2016 and to successfully complete the certification audit.
