Implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was the performance analysis of company ŽDB Drátovna, a.s., followed by a proposal for implementation of this method. The first chapter is focused on theoretical basis of BSC method, including approaches for measuring business performance. In the practical part of this diploma thesis an analysis of researched company was carried out using the four basic perspectives of the BSC method. In the first perspective, the company's financial analysis was carried out for the period 2012-2016. A customer perspective followed, focusing primarily on customer satisfaction assessment. In the third perspective, the internal process of determining and reviewing customer requirements was described. In the last perspective - learning to grow, the human resources of the company were described. In the last part of the thesis the results from the previous chapters were summarized and then the possible implementation of the BSC method was proposed in the analyzed company.
