Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

Thesis named The Competitiveness Evaluation of the Selected Company is focused on the interpretation of terms related to competitiveness and on the description and analysis of selected applications that are used to measure competitiveness. All analyses were applied to the company STAV MORAVIA spol. s r. o., which is active in building industry.

The aim was to analyze tangible company and according get knowledge say any proposals, which can improve competitive position of the company. A partial objective was to find other competitors, who are identical in style of business and in size. Objective was to describe them and compare one to another in important factors, which can evaluate the competitiveness of firms.

Theoretical knowledge a basics terms from available literature was summarized in the first section. There were described mostly analyses, which were used in next part for evaluation the competitiveness of the company. Specifically, was described surrounding of the company, PEST analysis, Porter method, SWOT analysis and Pollak method, which evaluate vitality of business. Within Pollak method was used as well method of paired comparisons. In the last chapter were submitted proposals and made recommendations for strengthening the competitive position in the market.
