dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je sestavení spektrofotometrického přístroje, a hlavně vytvoření jeho ovládacího a výpočetního software. Přístroj je primárně určen k proměřování fototerapeutických zářičů používaných na neonatologických odděleních. Na základě změřeného spektra (tj. závislosti intenzity záření na vlnové délce) a dalších vstupních parametrů jsou programem dopočteny spektrometrické, radiometrické, fotometrické a kolorimetrické veličiny.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of this thesis is to assemble the spectrophotometric instrument and especially to create the control and calculation software. This device is primarily intended for measuring phototherapy sources used in neonatal wards. On the basis of the measured spectrum (ie.depending of the radiation intensity on the wavelength) and other input parameters are calculated spectrometric, radiometric, photometric and colorimetric values by the program.	en
