Abstract

I have chosen the subject of Teambuilding for my bachelor thesis. The bachelor thesis consists of several parts. Firstly I will put mind to theoretical determination and obtaining knowledge in questions of teambuilding, secondly I foreshadow the existing problem in the company and I devote to it’s gradually analysis, and lastly I propose to certain solution for the company. The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to monitor, describe and evaluate team work from the position of a member of a team, who actively shares resolution of a existing issue.
