Abstract
Evaluation of company economic effectiveness
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of Homola, a.s. company and to propose a performance evaluation via Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part deals with theoretical basis such as performance, financial analysis, business performance evaluation methods (BSC, EVA, CFROI, etc.). The practical part deals with the financial analysis, Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. The proposal includes Balanced Scorecard method which evaluates the performance of the four perspectives.
