Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work is to analyze customers' attitudes to the introduction of a new veterinary service, which is animals' crematorium in the Moravskoslezsky Region, and the design marketing mix for this service. The first part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the market of the veterinary services, which are characterized by existing services for animals in the Czech market and macroenvironment. The second part is theoretical. It deals with the general assumptions of the process for new services and marketing mix. The practical part is based on the theoretical bases. The main task is to obtain an opinion by questionnaire survey of potential customers for new service, which is the animal crematorium and obtain the necessary information for projecting the marketing mix.
