Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to solve a project documentation of family house
for building notification. Other parts are technical report of construction section, technological proces of roof realization, timetable of workflow and itemized budget focused on roof.
For the energy saves evaluation was done heat assessments of some typical construction
and their parts.
The building is designed as two-storey with basement and single-layer flat roof for four or five family members.
The main demand was ensure as much energetic saves of the house as possible.
