Typový plán - narušení veřejného pořádku a bezpečnosti velkého rozsahu pro území Olomouckého kraje

Abstract

In this thesis I shall analyze emergency planning under sponsorship of Home Office of the Czech Republic and its subordinate authority the Police of the Czech Republic. Chiefly it will focus on Breach of the Peace and Safety of large extend within area of the Olomouc region. Based on the evaluation of the analysis a supplementary Documentation resolving Breach of the Peace and Safety will be proposed mainly within area of Law Breaking of large extend in the Olomouc region. Thus I shall propose supplementation or modification of the current documentation solving the extraordinary event for Olomouc region area. The proposal of possible solution will enable operational employment of forces and means on the arisen situation. Further in the proposal, I shall give an account of breakdown and description of the actions having been accepted and carried out as a reaction on the critical situation.
