Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace v regionálním školství

Abstract

Název bakalářské práce je „Hospodaření příspěvkové organizace v regionálním školství“. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace z oblasti regionálního školství. V teoretické části je popsán systém školství v České republice a způsob jeho financování. Pozornost je zaměřena na příspěvkové organizace zřizované územním samosprávným celkem a zásady jejich hospodaření. Konkrétní příspěvková organizace, Obchodní akademie a Jazyková škola s právem státní jazykové zkoušky, Šumperk, je analyzována v období let 2008-2012. Sledovány a analyzovány jsou náklady, výnosy a výsledky hospodaření organizace. Tyto jsou poté zhodnoceny a jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky hospodaření.

The title of the bachelor´s thesis is „The Financial Management of an Allowance Organization in the Regional Education“. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the financial management of the selected allowance organization. The theoretical part describes the educational system in the Czech Republic and the way of his funding. Attention is focused on allowance organizations established by the local self-governning unit and principles of their financial management. The specific allowance organization, The Business School and the Language School Entitled to State Language Exam, Šumperk, is analysed in years 2008–2012. There are monitoring and analysing costs, revenues and results of management of organization. These are then evaluated and identified strengths and weaknesses of the financial management.
