Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to define the course of margins between properties, geometrical and positional determination of district borders that are subject to the Complex Property Provision in the cadastral area of Dolní Nerestce. The main objective was to carry out an investigation of ownership borderlines within the district, their focus and to put together documentation needed for the district’s entry into the cadastral register.
