Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with problematics of vast denial of service attacks known as DDoS,
specifically with their amplification. Within the scope of the thesis we will analyse amplification
methods of DDoS attacks and we will attempt to deliberately create an amplifier. The purpose
of this is a preparation of a virtuál machine,which could be used as a part of penetration testing
lab,which enables the simulation of an amplified DDoS attack
