Abstract

This dissertation deals with the development of the model of implementation of continuous improvement methods in industrial enterprises. The introductory part deals with the state of knowledge of the problem solved and the important theoretical starting points that are the basis for the research. There are mentioned the methods of continuous improvement used, including their practical use. It follows the research process itself, a description of the research methodology, statistical hypothesis testing, and modeling and analysis. The result is a model of implementation of a suitable method, consisting of a model of four quadrants and an implementation model. This is followed by model validation on the selected business, identifying specific benefits, and productivity tracking in relation to applied models. Finally, a summary of the benefits of these models is provided.
