Možnosti zdokonalení přístupů k plánování a řízení projektů

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis “Possibilities of Improvement of Approaches to Projects Planning and Management” was to analyse current approach to planning and managing projects in a consulting company, to identify potential weak points and to propose actions for improvement. The first part of the work is theoretical and introduces current approach to the Project Planning and Project Management, especially according to the standard ČSN ISO 10006:2004. The practical part analyses current Project Management within the consulting company. Based on the results of this analysis, a guideline for Project Management has been worked up and attached at the end of the thesis. In this section an example of utilisation of the Microsoft® Project software, developed for project management, is also shown. The proposals of improvement are summarized at the end of the practical section.
