Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of the operational management of optimizing technical functions in intelligent buildings in terms of energy savings and financial resources. The aim of this thesis is the analysis and design of a suitable installation for intelligent house. Part of the work is the energy performance certificate of a house. The work is accompanied labs developed proposals selected bus systems for students.
