Abstract

ŽENOŽIČKA, Martin. Technologický postup hrubé stavby bytového domu. Bakalářská práce, 44s. Ostrava, 2015. VŠB-Technická univerzita Ostrava. Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem technologického postupu stavby bytového domu, který je řešen z kompletního cihlového systému Porotherm. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci potřebnou k žádosti o vydání stavebního povolení. Důležitou částí práce je stanovení technologického postupu výstavby jednoho podlaží bytového domu. Cílem navrženého technologického postupu bude stanovení přesných informací v procesu výstavby jednoho podlaží, které budou sloužit stavebníkovi ke snadnější realizace stavby. Jedná se zejména o přesný postup zdění prvního podlaží, zhotovení stropní konstrukce a výpis používaných materiálů, pracovních strojů a nářadí a obecné informace o dodržování bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci.

The thesis deals with the construction of an apartment house to the routing, which is dealt with from a complete Porotherm system. The work contains the project documentation required to request for the issue of a building permit. An important part of the work is the determination of the routing of the construction of one floor of the apartment house. The aim of the proposed routing will be the establishment of accurate information in the process of construction of one floor, which will serve to stavebníkovi easier construction. This is in particular about the exact steps to the first floor, making a masonry ceiling construction and used materials, working machines and tools and general information about the compliance with the safety and health protection at work.
