Abstract
An aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate a financial situation of the TLAKON SK, s.r.o. in years 2009 -2014 by a financial analysis. The bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter is focused to the financial analysis, explaining its nature and purpose. In third chapter, the selected company TLAKON SK, s.r.o. is characterized. The fourth chapter of the thesis is an application, results of financial analysis methods are processed by a horitontal analysis, a vertical analysis, a ratio indicators and a decomposition of the ROE. Data are drawn from accounts of the analyzed company. In the last chapter, results of the analysis ot the company TLAKON SK, s.r.o. are reviewed.
