Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on structural design and stability report of the steel supporting construction of the interactive Second World War museum building, designed by Bc. Michal Kuba. The building of the museum is situated in area of former Czechoslovakian fortress in Darkovicky village. The essential characteristic of this museum is the construction of unique roof symbolizing a grenade explosion. The original architect’s concept and process layout should be kept without major modifications, that brings many challenges into the static project. The main supporting components are designed for required load (permanent, usable and climatic) according to a valid standards. The drawing documentation of the individual supporting components is also included as a part of this thesis.
