Spolupráce zaměstnavatele a orgánů státní správy při šetření pracovních úrazů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of investigation of work accidents, in particular on the cooperation of employers with other state authorities involved in the investigation of acci-dents. The aim of the thesis is to describe precisely the links between different acts of investi-gation including the legal provision, the individual steps of the investigation of work accidents including the possible consequences and conclusions. The theoretical part is devoted to the area of the legal anchoring of the obligations of individual participants in the investigation of work accidents throughout its process. The practical part compares the Police of the Czech Republic and State Labour Inspection Office’s statistics of work accidents in the Vysočina Region in the last 10 years, including an analysis of the cooperation of the actual work accident.
