Abstract
Marketing is no longer used only in the field of goods and services, but also plays an important role in the development of cities and municipalities.The city management therefore uses individual marketing tools to determine the satisfaction of its citizens and use this knowledge to improve the services offered. The aim of this work was to measure the satisfaction of the citizens of the city of Krnov with the offered public services. As the city of Krnov offers many public services to its citizens, the work focused only on selected public services. The necessary data for analysis was obtained through a questionnaire survey, which involved a total of 161 citizens and subsequently obtained data were processed in Microsoft Office Excel and TIBCO STATISTICS 13. Then were formulated proposals and recommendations which should lead to increased satisfaction of city residents.
