Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a fictitious travel agency. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The main part of the theory is devoted to the procedure for establishing a limited liability company and to the description of the business plan and its content. In the practical part, a business plan for a travel agency is developed. PEST analysis and Porter's model of five competitive forces are used in the work for market analysis. Areas related to the marketing, personnel and financial side of a start-up company are also covered.
