Územní studie rekonstrukce sportovně-kulturního areálu v Solnici

Abstract

Hlavním úkolem diplomové práce je vypracování územní studie sportovně-kulturního areálu na požadavky a záměry obce Solnice. Obsahem práce je provedení urbanisticko-architektonického řešení vybraného území, jeho návaznosti na dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Dále práce obsahuje inventarizaci všech staveb a dřevin, které se v současné době na území nachází, rozborem jejich stavu a dalšího možného využití. Součástí práce je též návrh nové výstavby. Výsledkem práce je urbanisticko-architektonické řešení vybraného území, které je v souladu s možnostmi funkčního využití areálu, a potřebami obce.

The aim of the dissertation is to work out the urban study of a sport and cultural center in a respect of specifications and intentions of community Solnice. Content of the work is realization of urban-architectural design of chosen area and its relation to the transport and technical infrastructure. The dissertation includes inventory of all buildings and woody plants currently located in a territory, analysis of their condition and possible further usage. The part of the dissertation is also proposal of new construction. The result of the dissertation is urban-architectural design of selected area consistent with possibilities of functional utilization of the area and needs of sport club and the community.
