Stanovení hodnoty společnosti VEOS Pospíšil s.r.o.

Abstract

This diploma thesis is primarily concerned with the issue of valuation of a company. The objective of the diploma thesis is to establish the value of a chosen company, VEOS Pospíšil s.r.o., by means of the chosen evaluation methods, as well as assessing the financial health of the company. In the initial, theoretical part, the fundamental concepts necessary to address the issue are specified, along with the defined causes of valuation with stand-alone process and in the conclusion individual approaches to valuation are specified. In the applied part, VEOS Pospíšil s.r.o., is briefly identitfied and certain details of strategic and financial analysis are laid out. Subsequently, by means of an accounting method, the DCF Entity and the capitalized earnings method, the independent value of the company’s capital holdings is established. In the conclusion, individual discoveries are brought together and compared to one another.
