Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of cartographic model prediction of risk of infection in tick- transmitted pathogens South Bohemian Region and the subsequent creation of the risk maps as output modeling. Evaluated the risk of infection is in three different aspects (natural risk, human factors and overall risk). The work deals with the methodology of creating the cartographic model and the individual input layers, which enter into the model. The result is the revelation of the risk of disease outbreaks. Work is devoted to the theoretical foundations of a tick in the countryside, its behavior and description of pathogens that ticks transmit.
