Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on customer satisfaction measurement of the Tea-room Rashmi in Ostrava – Poruba. The aim of this thesis is to determine customer satisfaction with services of the Tea-room Rashmi, or determine the causes of their dissatisfaction and suggest some possible solutions that could lead to increase of their satisfaction. The research was conducted personally using structured questionnaire in this Tea-room. An analysis, data processing and evaluation of research results were realized subsequently. Some possible solutions were suggested based on these results and should lead to increase customer satisfaction with the Tea-room.
