Abstract

This bachelor thesis attempts to provide options of financing the purchase of real estate and choose the best option for purchasing. The theoretical part gives an overview of the housing market, banking system, bank products both in terms of features, so in terms of prices and also offers an analysis of options for financing the purchase of property. The practical part can be prepared using the example of the model to determine the optimal bank product amongst banking institutions. The main contribution of this work is to provide insight into the world of banking products, the acquisition of real estate plays an indispensable role.
