Komparace mzdových rozdílů zahraničních a domácích firem v ČR

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with wage differences, which are currently considered as a global problem. It focuses mainly on wage differences in domestic and foreign companies in the Czech Republic and international wage differences of companies. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare wage differences in domestic and foreign companies and internationally.The second chapter, which focuses on theoretical approaches to wage differences, includes the basic concepts of employee remuneration, wage differences, wage measurement methods, determinants of wage differentials, foreign direct investment controlled foreign corporation. The practical part of the Bachelor's thesis is focused on comparison of wages of foreign and domestic companies in the Czech Republic and international comparison of wage differences. It compares the Gini coefficient, minimum wage and average wages in selected countries, and wage differences of specific companies in three selected areas, including automotive, technology, audit and consultancy.
