Srovnání hypotečních úvěrů v České republice

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to select the most suitable variant of financing the purchase of an apartment for a predefined client using the methodology of multicriteria decision-making. The theoretical part deals with the definition of mortgage loans, their division, method of repayment, method of drawing funds. Credit registries are analyzed here. Furthermore, the multicriteria decision-making methodology is theoretically described. For example, scoring method, Saaty method, Fuller's method. In the practical part, these methods are applied on the example of a defined client. The output is the evaluation of all variants and the selection of the best variant.
