Revitalizace bytového domu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a zejména provedením Revitalizace bytového domu v Pelinách. Při návrhu jsem prostudoval a využíval zkušeností ve 3 zásadních částech projektu revitalizace. Jsou jimi kontaktní zateplení objektu, kde jsem vycházel z uceleného sortimentu a praktických zkušeností s realizací společnosti DEKTRADE a.s. Další zásadní části projektu je hydroizolace spodní stavby, kde jsem využíval taktéž know-how DEKTRADE a.s. Posledním důležitým odvětvím bylo podřezání a injektáž stávajícího zdiva, kde jsem po malých částech sbíral od dodavatelů spíše praktické zkušenosti s danou problematikou a snažil jsem se systém sanace zdi navrhnout s ohledem na životnosti úpravy s prokázáním funkčnosti řešení.

The diploma thesis deals with the design and especially the realization of the Revitalization of a residential building in Peliny. The experience in three major parts of the revitalization project was studied and exploited in the course of the design stage. The thermal insulation of the building is inspired by a practical experience of DEKTRADE company. Another major part of the project is the hydro isolation of the bottom structure, where the DEKTRADE a.s. know-how is used. The last important sector is the cutting and grouting of the existing masonry. Some practical experience from the suppliers is embraced. The author tried to design the wall rehabilitation system with regard to the lifespan of the modifications with the demonstration of the functionality of the solution.
