Zhodnocení hospodaření příspěvkové organizace kraje v oblasti školství

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the analysis of management contributory organizations in areas such as education. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic performance of selected educational contributory organization in the selected time period. The final results are achieved through the methods of analysis, evaluation, description and comparison. The theoretical part describes a contributory organization of the region, principles of its management, including the medium-term budget forecast, budget itself and funds.The practical part consists of analysis of the management, costs, revenues, including received transfers and drawing of funds at the selected contributory organization. The analysis and evaluation is performed on the example of a contributory organization called Integrated Secondary School - Center for Vocational Training and Language School with the State Language Examination Law of Valašské Meziříčí for the period 2012 to 2016 in the scope main and complementary activities. Based on the analysis there was found that the organization managed entrusted funds effectively, functionally and economically. The organization strived to find other sources of funding through realization of projects and wide range of complementary activities. The reported economic results brought the evidence that the school managed entrusted funds in a very good way.
